Total Project Management
Carrying out feasibility study, preparation of Detailed Project Report
Pre-award services including preparation of all Bid documents, technical specifications, Preparation of bid documents, Tender Evaluation, Finalization of contract for award to EPC Contractor
Testing & Commissioning, quality assurance
Post contract co-ordination, review engineering & approval of contractor's drawings/documents,
Certification of progress of work done by EPC contractor in accordance with contract agreement.
